Chatbot lawyer overturns 160,000 parking tickets in London and New York

A lawyer Chatbot has successfully contested 160,000 parking tickets across London and New York for free. This DoNotPay Chatbot was developed by London-born Stanford University student Joshua Browder as an advisor to help users contest parking tickets in an easy to using a Conversational User Interface.

DoNotPay Chatbot is designed to decide whether an appeal is possible through a scripted dialogue. Should the conclusion be that an appeal is likely to be successful, the Chatbot automatically generates an appeal letter. Included in the letter, it can orchestrate evidence from sources such as Google Maps re: confusing road-signs.

This DoNotPay Chatbot is gaining more areas of specialisation such as for advise re: PPI Claims and securing compensation for travellers whose flights have been cancelled.

This is great validation that scripted dialogue has wide appeal especially related to procedural-styled rules.
